I have had many jobs where I was in charge of hiring and training staff as well as being on sight executing and supervising various promotional activities. I work very well on my own and am use to working as such. I have extensive experience working as the manager of a Home décor. Soul Mates Home Decor is located in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan. This manager position included Visual Merchandising and Assistant Buying responsibilities. I was responsible for the overall operation of the store. I also have worked on many different promotional campaigns as a representative for AXE Angels, Old Port, and Microsoft Zune to name a few. I was also hired to put together a promotion for a new dating service called Antidate. For this job I worked with the owner of the business to put together a marketing plan for promotion, hired representatives, and worked on site as a promotional rep using guerilla marketing. One major promotional campaign I worked on was for Revlon's Mitchum. This promotion required that I create a schedule based on a required amount of hours after considering potential promotional events. I was given access to a company vehicle to promote and sample the product on the schedule I created.
I'm very self sufficient and take direction very well. I'm a quick learner and always push myself to do the best job possible at whatever venture I take on. I'm not afraid of a little hard work and constantly strive for the feeling of finishing a project knowing that I've done everything possible to ensure impeccable results. I work very well in a fast paced environment but also enjoy working one on one or independently. I have experience working in both large groups and building relationships on more of a one-on-one basis with others. I have a strong background using Word and Excel, and of course, all areas of the internet. I'm incredibly organized and pay great attention to detail. I'm great at problem solving and possess the ability to multitask quickly and efficiently.

My name is Robert Rondinelli from Calgary,Ab. I have waited all my life to be the voice and face of "Froster". I'm a child trapped in an adult's body ready to explode like the flavours of Froster and tell the world about this ultimate experience. I want the childern, fathers, mothers, and grandparents of this land to cherish and worship this product that has changed my life and has made me the wise man I am today. Not a soul should go with out having the oppourtunity to explore beyond their means and take a ride on the wild side. This is why I was born, why I am here,  and why I should be on the Froster team!
