A job opportunity this perfect deserves nothing less than an applicant that will deliver the ultimate, fun-filled Froster experience. You’ve offered more than just a regular summer job and I want to offer you more than just regular employment. My experience is applicable to all ages and target markets, especially the younger population. This won’t be my first summer traveling this gorgeous city providing the ultimate brand experience at the hottest locations. From Black Diamond Cheese Strings “NBA 3 on 3” to Nintendo at Edmonton’s very own Capital Ex festival, I’ve done it all.  I have experienced all the summer action Edmonton has to offer and won’t find it hard to promote at the hot spots I know so well. It’s easy to tell that I love promotional work because you’ll find me on the scene chatting up potential customers with a huge smile on my face and samples in my hand. Throughout my promotional experience, I feel that I’ve been able to make a positive impact on each individual consumer and in turn, the brand I represent.

I am a business student who loves socializing and interacting with others. People describe me as outgoing, positive and enthusiastic with a passion for achieving my goals. My positive attitude radiates and I would love the opportunity to unleash my potential this summer for Mac’s Frosters. Personally, this cool treat has a lot of significance – I am one of the many Edmontonians who grew up with a Mac’s around the corner and I know the popularity and symbolism of their Frosters., especially during the summer.

This summer you can trust me to bring the Froster brand to life, and I promise Mac’s and my fellow summer-loving Edmontonians out there won’t be disappointed!

TommyD Vancouver Froster Team!

3.6

There are a few certainties in the year 2010:

1. The Froster street team is going to rock the Canadian cities.

2. What is all that fun, sun and delicious Froster-fired fantasticness good for if you don’t have the quality pictures and video to prove that it happened?!?

The third and final certainty is me: Tommy Douglas, being a very enthusiastic, fun and useful member of the Froster street team in Vancouver. You see - I contain the right ingredients that combine to create a promotional tour de force, just as Mac’s combines the ingredients of a Froster to create the perfect storm of slushy beverages.

Allow me to explain: I graduated from University with a degree in Marketing. From there I have steadily worked in the film/TV industry as a camera operator and photographer. To supplement these sporadic projects, I have become a team leader in the promotional industry for Sony Playstation, Telus, Virgin Mobile and Whistler Brewing Company. Combining these skills allows me to simultaneously promote and document the promotion with a combination of video and still photography.

I love interacting with new people, seeing new things and getting to promote a great product like Froster at the same time? Perfection!

One Beautiful Hello (with my 300 words)!

4.2

In a nutshell, I live life solely for my passions: I am a professional actress and travel TV Host, trained dancer of 16 years, outgoing advertising woman and exciting, inspirational friend. Because of this my days are already spent connecting with strangers to immediately create a warm repertoire, drawing in crowds to entertain, and performing on stages at the international/local level—I have spent my life training to be a part of the Froster team without even knowing it!

Since graduating from Capilano University with an ‘Acting for the Stage and Screen’ degree last year, I have done promo work in several capacities: I was the host of an Olympic news report (little ol’ me diving into crowds of thousands with a microphone!), took a road-trip with a TV crew (in a motor home!) to film the second season of an internationally broadcast travel series, worked as a dancer for tradeshows and the Disney World Dance Troupe, and did sample tasting for Whistler Brewing Company both independently as well as with a street team.

And that, madames et monsieurs, is the epitome of Chelsey. I am passionate, motivated and simply magnetic!

I won’t take this time to list my unique and exciting attributes, or profess my maturity and intellect as I believe my character speaks for itself—I have been able to accomplish such goals by being the ultimate pleasure to work with and the perfect gal for such extroverted jobs! I can’t wait to thrive as a team and hit the sweaty summer streets of Vancouver in Froster style!

So catch me out dancing by the bumpin’ Mac’s Chevy and let’s get frost bitten together. ;)
