Newest Member of Edmonton's Froster Street Team - Positive Thinking!

4.5

This summer, pick a hard-working, spirited  Edmontonian who is reliable, independent and in the know. I am a 3rd year Business student with four qualities that make me the perfect candidate for your Froster Street Team – my management and marketing experience, my love of Mac’s frosters, my contagious positive attitude, and my knowledge of the city.

I am an honours university student majoring in marketing but I’ll leave it to my resume to bore you with educational details! I have the personality you are looking for in a promo rep – I am always smiling, have boundless enthusiasm and am the life of the party! However, I am easily approachable, genuine and comfortable interacting with all population segments.

I have assumed leadership roles and worked diligently and enthusiastically on several experiential marketing campaigns in the past including the Nestea City Chase, TD Pump it Up, the Axe Summer Gig, and the NBA 3 on 3. My experience managing Edmonton MLA Dave Hancock’s constituency office last summer demonstrates my trustworthiness, self-discipline and organizational ability. But this summer, I want to break out of the office and do something exciting - pursue my passion for marketing!

The one thing I love about Mac’s besides your delicious Frosters is that you are customer-driven. How else would every second street corner be ablaze with your symbol? My positive attitude and innate knack for socializing will create the meaningful customer interaction that Mac’s is looking for. I guarantee that people will walk away with more than just the ultimate summer treat in their hand – they will walk away with a smile and an exciting, lasting image of Mac’s brand in their minds. How will I do this? My personality, hard work ethic and commitment to the brand. I will strive to make Mac’s Frosters a symbol of the excitement  and vivacity of summer months one consumer at a time.

Edmonton is known as Canada’s Festival City for a reason! Our city, in the heart of the North Saskatchewan river valley, comes to life in the summer, beaming with the vibrancy of our summer concerts, festivals, fundraisers and cultural events. I know my home town backwards and you can rely on me to hop in that convertible and take your message into the heart of the excitement in summer 2010! Vroom vroom.

To say I love Mac’s Froster’s would be an understatement. I am happy to admit that I am truly addicted to the cool fresh taste of Mac’s Froster’s. Not only does Mac’s do an extraordinary job at quenching my thirst, they’re the only convenience store that I can truly rely on. With a largest variety of food and treats for me a trip to Mac’s is like sending a kid to Disney Land.

If not for my undying love for the company and their Froster brand hire me because I would be perfect for the job.

I am a third year business student that is focusing my studies in the field of marketing. I have a vast amount of knowledge about promotion and product branding and think that my innovative style and creative flare is exactly what Mac’s needs to sell their Froster brand.

On top of my educational background and interest in the marketing field I think that my personal attributes are fitting for this position. I am a reliable, organized and time managed person with a spunky fun loving personality. I am without question a people person, I love talking to and engaging with everyone I meet.

I think that for all the reasons above I would be the perfect candidate for this job. With that said PICK ME!

Hope to hear back!

GREAT CANADIAN BEAVER!

1.4

I would make the best Froster Street Team Member because I am very high energy and I am constantly passing these great vibes onto the people I meet!  My smile is contagious which makes it is easy for me to approach people and for them to approach me.  I lived in Whistler for 7 years where I was very involved in the nightlife scene.  I love to DJ and listen to house music.  I moved to Vancouver this year and immediately made connections within the city as I love to network.  If something is going on in Vancouver, day or night, I usually know about it and I will most likely be there!  I was also on the hit MTV reality show Peak Season (filmed in Whistler last year) so I have a very recognizable face and am approached on a daily basis by youth of all ages.  It always makes for an easy conversation starter!

All of my previous work experience is related to customer service and I know how to deal well with both positive and negative customer feedback.  I have also worked at two child care facilities dealing with children up to the age of 16 so I know how to get kids to warm up to me.

I am an active person who enjoys basketball and kayaking.  I am always looking to have fun, meet people, try something new, and enjoy a good laugh!  I couldn’t think of a job that I would enjoy more.  My happy-go-lucky attitude and sense of self would promote and sell the product to anyone!  (Oh and did I mention, I LOVE FROSTERS!!!)
